Shipping Policy

We ship our succulents Monday through Friday, all year! If you need your order urgently, please message us so we can try to ship them out sooner (there will be an extra charge for shipping).  

We thank you for your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to pack and ship your orders!

Shipping will be via the United States Postal Service within the United States.  We do not ship internationally.

We pack our succulents by hand and take great care to ensure that they arrive at their final destination safely. Your succulents will be carefully wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box. Our succulents are well rooted upon arrival and will be shipped out in their nursery pot. 

When opening your package, some soil may be loose in the box. Make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately. Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry.  Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.

Shipping In Summer

It is the customers responsibility,if they live in extreme heat areas, to wait until the heat waves finish for their plants to be shipped. Please message us at sd.succulentsg22@gmail.com to postpone/reschedule your shipment. Do not let the packages sit under direct sunlight.

Shipping In Winter

We offer Heat packs for customers to purchase with their succulents, this will help with freezing weather. Heat packs help, but do not guarantee protection from frost, but will help with damage from happening. Please message us at sd.succulentsg22@gmail.com to postpone/reschedule your shipment. Do not let the packages sit under direct sunlight.
